What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses for service of process
- Communicate investigation findings to customers and co-workers
- Respond to investigations-related phone calls and emails
- Update procedural documents and review existing procedures
- Achieve daily goals as part of the Investigations Team in a fast-paced office environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience
- Experience in an office environment and/or customer-facing position
- Ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback
- Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
