What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and amendments with study sites
- Maintain consistent communication with study sites and internal stakeholders
- Track progress of site contracts agreements and related documents in required systems
- Identify risks and suggest mitigation plans to meet study milestones and timelines
- Review site contracts for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or management, preferably in the clinical research industry
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or certification in Contract Management or a relevant discipline
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience mentoring team members
