What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain an oversight program for assigned lines of business related to investment data interpretation and reporting
- Perform monthly fund performance grid creation and quarterly scorecard analysis
- Coordinate due diligence reviews on investment managers for various offerings
- Monitor compliance with Investment Policy Statement requirements and ensure proper rationale for fund inclusion
- Assist with departmental projects aimed at process improvements and new analysis capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees such as MSF or MBA are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in an analytical role
- Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65/66) or expectation of completion within six months of hire
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress toward a professional designation (CFA/CIMA/CFP) is a plus
- Experience with analysis and support of 3(38) offerings
- Strong understanding of portfolio performance analysis and calculations
- Ability to thrive with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting deadlines
