What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the team in delivering manager models to external destinations
- Assist with client onboarding, including tracking contract paperwork and model subscription activation
- Help maintain relationships with asset managers and financial institutions to expand investment product offerings
- Automate repetitive tasks and provide data analytics support
- Coordinate with internal teams on technical and relationship issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the managed accounts industry, with exposure to model delivery preferred
- Basic understanding of portfolio management and trading, with experience in brokerage or securities industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and drive for client satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- FINRA licenses and certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CIMA are a plus
