What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing incoming phone calls and emails from clients
- Assist clients with account inquiries, including account openings, maintenance, and transaction statuses
- Execute trades and facilitate asset transfers while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and refer opportunities to Financial Advisors and internal business partners
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records in adherence to compliance guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in the financial planning, securities, or insurance industry
- Valid and active SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 65+63) licenses
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus on finance or economics
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets
- High level of integrity with a clean U-4
