Job Description

- You’ll support senior members of the Investor Relations (IR) team by managing the planning and execution of the IR programme
- In conjunction with senior members of the team, we’ll look to you to plan an IR programme, maintain relationships with current shareholders and actively target new institutions
- This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to executive management, and to build relationships across the city and with the global institutional investor base
- Planning the annual calendar and programme of IR meetings for senior management teams, ensuring all key equity and debt investors and targets are serviced
- Managing the schedule and logistics for investor roadshows and conferences across multiple geographies and time zones, ensuring efficient use of time
- Working with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver investor events and support the publication of quarterly results documents
- Managing incoming meeting requests from equity and debt investors, ensuring access to relevant colleagues is arranged
- Developing relationships with external corporate access teams to stay informed about evolving investor needs
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to work independently to resolve issues
- Experience in diary management and meeting organisation objectives
- The ability to communicate with confidence and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills

What you'll do
As an Investor Access Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with a best-in-class IR team to plan and execute the investor engagement programme across equity, fixed income and ESG. You’ll also play a key role in communicating and interacting with our current and potential investors.
We’ll look to you to contribute insightful reports and briefings to ensure senior management are equipped with the necessary background information required to deliver an excellent and market leading service.

The skills you'll need
We’re looking for a confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels of seniority. Knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the investment industry and disclosure of price sensitive information, or a willingness to learn, would be advantageous.
We’ll expect you to have strong experience in corporate access, investor relations operations or related financial services experience along with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
