What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support for assigned clinical applications and participate in operational and project-based work
- Troubleshoot user issues and conduct end-user training to enhance system usability
- Develop system specifications and maintain technical documentation for ongoing development
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on technical requests and system enhancements
- Build, maintain, and optimize workflows related to oncology and infusion center operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in a relevant IT role
- Associate Degree in a related field
- IT specific certifications are required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with end users
- Knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in Epic Beacon Oncology, Willow Inpatient, or EpicCare Ambulatory
- Experience in configuring workflows related to high-cost drug charging and revenue-cycle tasks
- Familiarity with change control documentation and governance processes
