As our Issue Resolution Manager, you will:

      • Work with the Director of Issue Management and Complaints to establish a project plan to guide an issue through to closure.
      • Establish and maintain contact with business unit owners and communicate project plans along with timelines and milestones.
      • Requested adjustments to the plan and/or milestones should be discussed and brokered by the Director of Issue Management and Complaints.
      • Oversee the issue resolution project plan and document milestones for the closure package.
      • Evaluate the evidence provided for closure and request any additional information needed.
      • Compile closure package to document key elements and milestones for ease of understanding.

      • Document lessons learned, mitigation strategies, and enhanced monitoring recommendations.

These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable. If your experience is close to what we're looking for, consider applying. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.
