      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prompt support for customer issues, identifying root causes and developing creative solutions
      - Maintain server health through patching, reboots, and managing software versions
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze operational needs and workflow processes
      - Participate in on-call rotations to provide off-hours application support
      - Develop and maintain application support documentation and educate end-users as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT support
      - Must obtain applicable certifications within 1 year of hire, when required
      - ITIL Certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) required
      - Epic Certification or similar relevant certifications preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Epic Cadence Module certification highly preferred
      - Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
      - Strong collaboration skills and initiative in a remote team environment preferred
      - Innovative and curious mindset with a tenacious spirit preferred
