What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide prompt support for customer issues, identifying root causes and developing creative solutions
- Maintain server health through patching, reboots, and supported software versions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs and gather/document requirements
- Participate in the design process and complete assigned tasks for complex development and testing
- Develop and maintain application support documentation and educate end-users as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Epic Certification within 1 year of hire
- ITIL Certification preferred
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
