      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET, Java, and JavaScript
      - Collaborate with Labor staff and other teams to gather requirements and define project scope
      - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently
      - Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for coding and deployment
      - Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and code changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong programming experience in .NET (C#) and proficiency in Java for application development
      - Good understanding of JavaScript and modern web development practices
      - Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including writing SQL queries
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and documentation abilities for professional collaboration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with frameworks such as ASP.NET, Spring, or SpringBoot
      - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices
      - Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
      - Understanding of version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
