What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements and clear user stories
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity while proactively identifying potential issues
- Implement security configurations and policies across cloud and mobile environments
- Author and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and operational procedures
- Serve as the central technical point of contact for team members, vendors, and cross-agency partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with formal testing methodologies and techniques
- Highly proficient in written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to partner with other functions across IT and business for collaboration and quality solutions
- Understanding of cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build trusting relationships with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with implementation, securing, and managing APIs
- Understanding of electronic data exchange standards and application troubleshooting
- Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs, JSON, and SQL
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control systems
- Experience working in an agile/scrum/SAFe environment
