What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze application and interface problems to develop solutions independently and collaboratively
- Participate in design and contribute technical insights while formulating project scope and objectives
- Define and document departmental requirements and troubleshoot application problems
- Build productive networks with internal and external customers and the vendor community
- Act as a subject matter expert for departmental functions related to system management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Clinical Laboratory in a healthcare setting; blood bank experience is a plus
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and evaluation skills
- Ability to function independently and as a team member
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of experience with Cerner PathNet GenLab and Blood Bank Millennium, including system design and troubleshooting
