What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define project objectives and manage resource allocations for successful project execution
- Establish and maintain communication channels between business, IT, and stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans identifying key issues, performance metrics, and required resources
- Supervise project resources, including Business Analysts and Solution Architects, to deliver tasks effectively
- Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial integrity and compliance with policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in project management methodologies and toolsets (waterfall/agile/scrum)
- Familiarity with process improvement, Lean Six Sigma principles, and/or business process management
- Strong skills in planning, issue escalation, problem resolution, and communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of metrics and reporting in project management
- Experience in conflict and collision management within project teams
