      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with project leadership and stakeholders to evaluate new projects and provide time estimates for delivery
      - Develop clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Scrum teams
      - Produce detailed artifacts to document project scope and ensure clarity
      - Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization
      - Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including requirements and business process flows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst role supporting complex technical products or systems
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with executives and managers
      - Working knowledge of Web Development, SDLC, Agile, Jira (or equivalent), SQL, HTML, XML; prior API experience strongly preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with advanced analysis techniques such as process mapping and root cause analysis
      - Familiarity with technical ecosystems including front-end experiences and core APIs
