What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between IT, vendor representatives, and end users
- Install new releases and maintain existing applications and processes
- Investigate end users' preferences while making build decisions
- Review and test updates to systems by executing test plans/scripts
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of IT experience if no degree
- Health care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare IT environment
- Familiarity with ITIL processes related to application systems
- Experience in ticket management systems
- Ability to estimate work timelines for assignments and projects
