What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive technology implementation lifecycle through all phases, including planning, requirement gathering, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, and Go-Live
- Evaluate business requirements to ensure efficient and consistent execution of processes and systems
- Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases, logging and tracking any issues
- Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, and publishing progress reports
- Assist in quality control efforts for store systems and ensure changes are properly vetted
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of IT and business industry work experience
- Strong leadership experience in managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects
- Understanding of multi-location retail IT infrastructure and familiarity with the NCR Aloha platform or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related degree
- Experience with ITIL process principles
- Proven track record of influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
- Ability to build consensus in a cross-functional/matrix environment
- Familiarity with online ordering and delivery systems
