      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain regular communication with vendor representatives to ensure system alignment with business needs
      - Analyze workflows, data collection, and report details to inform build decisions
      - Prioritize and implement requested changes to the system based on user feedback
      - Review and test new software releases, coordinating necessary updates and changes
      - Troubleshoot end-user issues and collaborate with report writers to ensure effective reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree or 2 years of IT-related experience required in lieu of a degree
      - Epic Ambulatory Certification with 3-5 years of experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent organizational abilities
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Health care experience is preferred but not required
      - Experience in software certification based on vendor recommendations is a plus
