- Analyze workflows, data collection, and report details to enhance system functionality
- Coordinate software updates, changes, and review each new release for effectiveness
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by end users while ensuring timely management of assignments
- Prepare detailed specifications for potential system enhancements and assist in user training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree or 2 years of IT-related experience required without a degree
- Expected to achieve software certification based on vendor recommendations within 6 months
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Health care experience preferred but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic Ambulatory Certification with 3-5 years of experience in a related role
- Proven problem-solving skills in a technical environment
