      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform basic risk assessment tasks to identify and document cybersecurity risks
      - Support risk assessment initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders
      - Identify, score, and report on cybersecurity risks identified during the assessment process
      - Assist in the evaluation of software solutions and medical devices for risk management
      - Perform other job duties as required by the Governance, Risk, and Assurance team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
      - Entry-level position with 0-2 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields
      - Basic understanding of IT, security tools, and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS)
      - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail skills
      - Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR and HIPAA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cybersecurity risk assessment processes
      - Knowledge of various security frameworks and compliance standards
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
      - Previous internships or projects in cybersecurity or IT security
      - Interest in continuous learning and professional development in the cybersecurity domain
