What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to define and gather business requirements for the ERP application
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories, ensuring high-quality implementation
- Facilitate agile project management processes, including sprint planning and user acceptance testing
- Document and communicate requirements to ensure alignment between the IT team and business goals
- Act as a subject matter expert on accounting features within the ERP application, guiding the design and development process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Business Analyst, or similar role in ERP core accounting systems management
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in business processes
- Hands-on experience with accounting-focused ERP modules such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and General Ledger
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading projects and meeting deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with food or food contact products
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and the Software Development Lifecycle Management model
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
