What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional IT support to frontline teams, ensuring smooth hospital operations
- Collaborate with IT teams and management to meet the needs of hospitals within your region
- Maintain proactive communication with local leaders regarding service-related issues and requests
- Assist in hiring and mentoring staff to uphold high levels of customer service
- Implement best practices and streamline technology at hospitals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-2 years of technical help desk support experience
- Proficient in Apple products and Mac OS; network experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Must be able to physically move, handle, and lift computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the construction-related industry
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Familiarity with various technology processes and tools applicable to the veterinary field
