      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze health management programs, including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
      - Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-Power Platform, and SQL
      - Produce reports for senior management and interface with internal and external stakeholders
      - Gather and interpret business requirements while monitoring data trends to proactively identify issues
      - Assist with training Associate Data Analysts and handle complex data requests and predictive data modeling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a similar field
      - Four (4) years of work experience in database reporting, data analysis, and programming
      - Solid experience with SQL and database design and maintenance with Microsoft SQL
      - Experience in interpreting and reporting results of analysis, data processing and management, and the use of health data codes
      - Knowledge of basic statistical concepts, models, and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medi-Cal and/or Medicare programs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
      - Familiarity with API Endpoints management and development
      - Skills in Microsoft .NET, C#, Visual Studio, Azure, and Data Warehousing
