      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development, documentation, and communication of key IT policies, processes, and procedures
      - Manage IT portfolio, including strategic planning and compliance with state standards
      - Oversee vendor management and IT contract activities
      - Facilitate change management processes and guide project teams in documenting IT processes
      - Participate in IT disaster recovery planning and coordinate recovery activities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field AND seven (7) years of relevant professional IT experience
      - Experience in developing and writing IT policies, procedures, and standards for large organizations
      - Proven experience in IT portfolio management and risk management
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in public/state policy and standards related to IT contracts
      - Strong ability to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of State IT Security Policy and Standards
      - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
      - Experience in modeling business processes using standard modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio)
