      Job Description

      Your main job tasks will include:

      • Defining user requirements and functionalities for IT solutions aimed at optimizing business processes for spare parts and repairs.
      • Planning and executing functional tests for IT systems.
      • Conducting training and supporting the deployment of new IT solutions or updates to existing systems, including SAP R/3, S/4HANA, and Repair Systems.
      • Supporting operational departments by automating processes and providing IT assistance.
      • Representing Aftersales in international IT and business projects.
      • Collaborating on global SAP and Repair System rollout and implementation projects.
      • Contributing to achieving OKRs and KPIs through IT-driven initiatives.
      • Acting as After Sales Master Data Management Specialist, being responsible for data maintenance.
      • Serving as After Sales logistics process expert, ensuring proper IT process alignment.
      • Defining reporting requirements and functionalities for KPI monitoring in IT systems (particularly Repair Systems).
      • Ensuring proper interaction and integration of After Sales IT systems and related business processes.
      • Performing regression testing for ERP and repair systems related to After Sales use cases.

      Qualifications

      - University degree (Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering)

      - At least 3 years of experience with similar role

      - Experience with SAP R/3 and S/4 (usage/customization) is an advantage.

      - Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, C#, etc.) is an advantage.

      - Experience with relational databases and Power BI is an advantage.

      - Presentation skills

      - Ability to work in a team

      - Goal- and results-oriented approach

      - Analytical thinking

      - Independence and flexibility

      - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Access and Excel)

      - Fluent Czech and English languages
