What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 2 support to internal users for production applications and tools
- Troubleshoot and triage user, application, and access issues; escalate as necessary
- Log, track, and update incidents and requests in Jira
- Assist in planning and executing application deployments and configuration changes
- Write basic to advanced SQL queries for ad hoc reporting and data lookups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, IT Support, or a similar technical support role
- Experience with SQL, including writing queries with joins, filters, and aggregates
- Exposure to AWS concepts or other major cloud providers
- Experience using a ticketing or work-tracking tool such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation
- Understanding of basic ITIL concepts related to incident, request, change, and problem management
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to work closely with support and development teams
