      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project planning, timelines, milestones, and risk/issue tracking for IT projects
      - Ensure all stakeholders understand project scope, responsibilities, and deadlines
      - Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs and status reports
      - Facilitate communication between IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, and regional teams
      - Oversee IT workstream timelines for new hotel openings, transitions, and expansions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of project management experience in technology or cross-functional business projects
      - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with structured methodologies
      - Strong communication skills and ability to present to executives and cross-departmental leaders
      - Experience coordinating system deployments, integrations, or technology rollouts
      - High organizational discipline with documentation and stakeholder management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in hospitality or managing a multi-property portfolio
      - Familiarity with systems such as Workday, Concur, or ERP/Finance platforms
      - Exposure to new hotel openings, transitions, or construction-related IT deliverables
      - PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification
