      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end IT projects across multiple manufacturing facilities, including system implementations and process automation initiatives
      - Coordinate with site leadership, corporate IT, and external vendors to align project goals and deliverables
      - Develop project scopes, timelines, resource plans, and budgets while adhering to operational constraints
      - Oversee deployment of technology solutions such as ERP modules and network upgrades
      - Track key performance metrics and report on project status, risks, and milestones to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or industrial environments
      - Proven experience managing multi-site projects and coordinating across geographically dispersed teams
      - PMP or similar project management certification
      - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA) and IT infrastructure
      - Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise platforms
      - Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma principles
      - Experience in conducting post-project evaluations to identify successes and improvement opportunities
