What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all phases of assigned IT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while maintaining communication with stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring alignment with project management methodologies
- Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and documenting outcomes
- Provide mentorship to team members and promote best practices in project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience in IT, healthcare, or related fields
- Proven track record of effective project leadership and successful project outcomes
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and system development life cycle
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or formal coursework/training in project management
- Experience with Epic systems and healthcare-related projects
- Familiarity with construction in an inpatient setting
