      Overview

      JSR Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong AI systems, Veeva Systems integration, and deployment experience to support strategic initiatives within a global Life Sciences organization. This individual will help lead cross-functional technology implementations with a strong emphasis on SDLC execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and business alignment across Medical Affairs functions.

      The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise application deployments in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments and be comfortable working across both business and technical teams.

      Responsibilities
      • Lead end-to-end project management activities across Medical Affairs technology initiatives
      • Manage project timelines, deliverables, RAID logs, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
      • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Compliance, Validation, Vendors, and PMO stakeholders
      • Support SDLC activities including requirements gathering, testing coordination, deployment planning, change management, and hypercare support
      • Drive project governance and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance standards
      • Facilitate meetings, workshops, steering committee updates, and executive communications
      • Monitor risks, dependencies, and project budgets while proactively resolving issues
      • Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful user adoption and operational readiness
      • Support system implementation and enhancement initiatives across Medical Affairs platforms and processes

      Required Qualifications
      • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience within Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech environments
      • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and enterprise systems deployment processes
      • Experience supporting Medical Affairs technology initiatives
      • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across both business and IT organizations
      • Experience with vendor coordination and systems implementation governance
      • Strong communication, documentation, and executive presentation skills
      • Experience working within GxP and regulated environments
      • Bachelor's degree required

      Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience with platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Medical Information systems, CRM systems, or related Medical Affairs applications
      • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications
      • Experience supporting global or multi-regional deployments
      • Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies
