      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage IT projects with interdependencies, ensuring timely completion within budget
      - Create project schedules and plans while coordinating with functional leads for resource allocation
      - Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks
      - Facilitate project meetings and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
      - Mentor project coordinators and less experienced staff in project management practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of IT project coordination or IT project management experience
      - Advanced knowledge of project management processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
      - Minimum of 3 years of senior-level IT experience in roles such as Sr. Software Developer or Business Analyst
      - Strong understanding of Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid methodologies
      - PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP Certification

      - Experience working directly with diverse business and IT technical teams
