What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and drive the overall testing plan with a focus on coordination and execution
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and testing team to manage execution
- Provide oversight and leadership in testing processes without hands-on script creation
- Ensure alignment and cross-functional coordination among teams
- Familiarity with testing processes will be beneficial for effective management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in planning, developing, and executing testing plans
- Prior QA/testing experience
- Willingness to travel to San Antonio, TX as needed
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Experience in remote team management
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies
- Background in project management
- Excellent communication skills
