      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide consulting for IT Risk Management, Compliance, and Metrics
      - Monitor and report on IT Controls Compliance, acting as the first line of defense
      - Facilitate assessments and audits, representing the employer's Info Sec Program for regulators and customers
      - Establish and maintain Primary Common Controls that align with business and regulatory goals
      - Perform independent validation to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of key controls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT risk management and compliance
      - Strong understanding of IT risk governance principles and practices
      - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate IT subject matter for a non-IT audience
      - Experience with risk management tools such as Archer or ServiceNow

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
      - CISA or CRISC certification
      - Compliance experience in Azure
      - Familiarity with on-prem and cloud platforms, as well as knowledge of SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001:2022, and HIPAA regulations
      - Project leadership experience
