What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously using Scrum, Agile, or Kanban methodologies
- Conduct daily standups and run internal and external meetings, setting clear expectations on the agenda
- Monitor team performance, driving continuous improvement and removing impediments to deliver sprint goals
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and document product data quality strategies
- Analyze and document data flows across multiple business systems and support product data teams in assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with data management systems and processes
- Minimum of 2-3 years managing MDM/DG programs
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project Plan, and familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business or technical discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAP Commerce (Hybris) experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with 3rd party development partners
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively between technical and business teams
