- Microsoft O365 troubleshooting and administration
- Troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10
- Support using Active Directory management
- GPO management
- PC Imaging using SCCM, SCCM software deployment, SCCM patch management
- Microsoft MFA authentication (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Responsible for assisting Technical Support Analyst I's with escalations and technical questions and provide technical coaching and training as things change in the environment
- Spend their day on the covering phones, coordinating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting incoming employee calls and emails
- Provide support for technical/IT issues involving desktop and laptop application software or network services from local personnel or from employees using remote network access
- Assist with local field tickets when possible
- 4-5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, Desktop Support
- Must have strong DHCP
- Experience in PC Imaging, SCCM
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy’s
- Experience with O365
- CompTIA A+ certification required or higher certification such as MCP, MCSE, MCSA
Onsite IT Technical Support Analyst for a 6-month contract in the greater Burbank / Los Angeles area.
This position pays $25 W-2 an hour.
Must have strong DHCP, SCCM and A+ certification.
