      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Respond to requests for hardware, software, peripheral, and networking technical assistance
      - Monitor and prioritize incoming requests/incidents based on priority
      - Troubleshoot complex technical issues to the satisfaction of end users
      - Maintain IT inventory and fixed asset inventory
      - Participate in technology-related projects and develop tools for increased efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
      - Proficiency with Windows 7, 8, 10, 2008, 2012, 2019 server and MS Office Suite
      - Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, FTP concepts
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to provide excellent customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA system
      - BS degree in Computer Science or related field
