What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell multi-year offshore, near-shore, and onshore consulting services in Capital Markets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the BFSI sector
- Forecast, prepare bids, negotiate, and manage the sales cycle
- Generate leads and submit proposals utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Capital Markets sector
- Extensive C-level contacts and experience at a senior level
- Proven track record of major wins in new multi-million Capital Markets services deals
- Extensive and current experience in services and offshoring
- Ability to generate leads and submit proposals to clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in selling consulting services specifically tailored for financial institutions
- Strong negotiation skills and a successful history of closing large deals
