What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide basic IT support including workstation setup, software installation, and routine maintenance
- Assist in system administration and troubleshoot issues within the NetSuite ERP platform
- Develop test cases, execute testing, and document results to ensure system functionality
- Generate reports and analyze data from NetSuite, Shopify, and Data Warehouse
- Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, configurations, and testing results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an IT support function or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of NetSuite ERP and/or Shopify is preferred
- Previous experience in the apparel/retail industry is a plus
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or NetSuite SuiteScript is a plus
