      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by effectively resolving technical issues for users
      - Document new solutions and update existing articles to enhance knowledge sharing
      - Mentor junior IT Specialists to foster skill development and teamwork
      - Research, troubleshoot, and implement independent solutions for hardware and software issues
      - Manage technical support incidents, including software deployments and updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in information technology or closely related field (Bachelor's preferred)
      - Minimum of 5 years of IT industry experience
      - At least 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate environment
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
      - Experience with Windows and Apple devices, as well as M365 or similar products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications
      - Apple Certified Support Professional certification
      - Experience with SCCM and InTune in an enterprise environment
      - Strong communication skills for engaging with various employee levels, including C-Suite
      - Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work outside normal hours
