      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and resolve internal IT support tickets using Atera and Microsoft Teams
      - Provide remote and phone-based technical support to restaurant and corporate staff
      - Triage and escalate issues related to various vendors
      - Maintain and manage company-issued hardware including laptops, tablets, and in-store tech inventory
      - Conduct onsite visits to support basic cabling, troubleshoot network issues, and perform equipment repairs as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years in IT support roles such as helpdesk or desktop support
      - Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
      - Ability to travel occasionally to restaurant sites (travel reimbursed)
      - Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and comfort with remote work environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CompTIA A+ certification and experience with QSR point-of-sale systems
      - Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50-100 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., climbing ladders)
