Job Description

- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, printers, and network systems
- Support warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory systems
- Maintain and update Microsoft Access databases and reports
- Manage user accounts, system access, and documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed
- 5+ years of IT support experience
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments
- Experience with Microsoft Access database management
- Experience integrating Access with SQL Server or other databases
- Experience troubleshooting hardware/software, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing), and Active Directory
- Familiarity with WMS, conveyor systems, sortation, and robotic palletizing
- Working knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to support daily operations and warehouse systems. This role is responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and warehouse management systems while providing technical support across operations.
Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant. We process, bottle, and ship fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. Established in 1982 with 50 employees, the plant has grown to 250+. Our employees enjoy steady, stable work without the risk of layoffs.
