What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level Tier 2-3 technical support for end users across Windows and macOS environments
- Serve as the primary escalation point for L2/L3 issues, ensuring resolution ownership
- Troubleshoot Microsoft products, Microsoft 365, Adobe applications, Zoom, and other critical software
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking, ensuring accurate records
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to support veterinary clinic operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Experience operating in an L2/L3 escalation role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft, Windows, and Apple environments
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple escalations and priorities simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting multi-location or healthcare/veterinary environments
- Familiarity with AssetTiger for IT asset management
