What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver outstanding support to end users across a range of technical issues
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and document technical problems efficiently
- Respond promptly to support tickets, telephone calls, emails, and direct requests from personnel
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors
- Collaborate effectively with other IT team members to deliver exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate degree and relevant certifications or a bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an IT Help Desk or Service Desk role
- Proven experience in an inbound Help Desk/call center environment
- Basic technical support knowledge, specifically around desktops, laptops, Windows, and MS Office
- Experience supporting a Microsoft 365 environment and proven experience with M365 MEM/Intune Administration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ticketing systems, particularly Zendesk
- Familiarity with Jamf and Mac systems
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to adapt to changing standards
