      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve problems reported to the service desk through phone or web tickets
      - Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues
      - Communicate timely updates on ticket status and resolutions to customers
      - Acknowledge and manage incoming Help Desk web tickets within set SLAs
      - Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in the customer service industry
      - Ability to provide technical assistance over the phone
      - Capable of multitasking with multiple open tickets simultaneously
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting customer issues
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A+ Certification is preferred but not required
      - Enrollment in IT-related classes, certification training, or a degree is preferred but not required
