      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 1 support for employees utilizing dental software tools and related platforms
      - Respond to requests for password resets, software installations, and basic troubleshooting for connectivity issues
      - Troubleshoot application errors and manage device support for Windows laptops and mobile devices
      - Set up new user accounts and ensure proper access to essential SaaS applications
      - Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to monitor and support remote devices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in Arkansas and be able to travel to the Fayetteville area 10% of the time
      - Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline (preferred)
      - 1-2 years of help desk or technical support experience
      - Familiarity with Jira Service Management and Google Workspace
      - Basic understanding of Windows laptops and mobile device troubleshooting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CompTIA A+ certification
      - ITIL Foundation Certification
      - Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools such as NinjaOne
      - Knowledge of managing cloud-based identity and access management services like Azure Active Directory
      - Experience supporting users in a decentralized or multi-location environment
