What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products
- Implement routine changes on production systems as directed by Administrators
- Resolve Level 1 incidents affecting the operation and availability of production systems
- Support patching and maintenance of various technologies, including servers, databases, and networks
- Assist with monitoring vendor release notes and implementing necessary upgrades and patches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in information technology, systems administration, or a related IT field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products, including Windows, Office365, and SharePoint
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical terminology to non-technical employees
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic system hardware, software, or networking issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, digital workspace, and storage technology
- Familiarity with routine backup strategies and disaster recovery tests
- Proactive approach to suggesting service improvements
