What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products
- Implement routine changes on production systems under the guidance of Administrators
- Resolve Level 1 incidents affecting the operation and availability of production systems
- Support routine backup strategies and disaster recovery tests
- Assist with monitoring vendor release notes and contribute to necessary upgrades and patches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in information technology, systems administration, or other IT-related fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows and Office365
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic system hardware, software, or networking problems
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, digital workspace, and storage technology
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Additional certifications in relevant IT fields
