What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary contact for employees' tech needs through Jira Service Management, managing tickets from intake to resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS, Windows devices, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Lead the IT portion of New Hire Orientation, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for new employees
- Manage the lifecycle of company devices and maintain A/V setups in conference spaces
- Document IT processes and improve workflows through automation and process enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of IT or Help Desk experience in a tech-forward environment
- Proficiency with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and Okta
- Experience with Jira Service Management and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automating tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, from interns to executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with A/V support and knowledge of Atlassian administration
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn automation tools
