      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote and onsite technical support to clients
      - Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation and ticket records
      - Communicate effectively with users to provide updates on trouble tickets
      - Work collaboratively within a team structure to resolve technical issues
      - Implement and support business-class hardware and software solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT help desk or desktop support environment
      - Experience troubleshooting or supporting Microsoft platforms (e.g., Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows)
      - Knowledge of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
      - An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
      - 1-3 years of customer service experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining peripherals (scanners, fax machines, printers, etc.)
      - Basic Apple, Mac OS, and iOS troubleshooting experience
      - Demonstrable ability to quickly learn and support various business applications
      - Understanding of standard IT security practices (virus remediation, firewalls, phishing, etc.)
