      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking IT support
      - Provide basic troubleshooting, password resets, and issue triaging
      - Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT Support Specialists as needed
      - Ensure a positive customer service experience during all interactions
      - Document support inquiries using CRM or ticketing systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - 0-1 years of IT support experience, Service Desk, or customer service experience
      - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling sensitive patient information
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification from Microsoft or CompTIA
      - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software or ticketing systems
      - Knowledge of secure email and messaging platforms to maintain HIPAA compliance
      - Understanding of various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
      - Familiarity with communication tools such as Webex and Microsoft Teams
